- National Geographic and Hulu announced today the premiere of the third installment of the Emmy® Award-winning, critically acclaimed franchise ONE DAY IN AMERICA with the Hulu Original CULT MASSACRE: ONE DAY IN JONESTOWN. The three-part series from Emmy Award-winning 72 Films’ executive producers David Glover and Mark Raphael, BAFTA Award-winning director Marian Mohamed, along with Academy Award®-winning filmmakers Dan Lindsay and T.J. Martin will premiere June 17 on Hulu and will air on National Geographic on Aug. 14.  CULT MASSACRE: ONE DAY IN JONESTOWN tells the story of an idealistic religious organization led by the infamous Jim Jones, who set out to establish a utopian community in Guyana. What began as a peaceful movement seeking social justice ultimately spiraled into a mass casualty that left 918 dead. Sublime announce the release of a new song titled “Feel Like That,” marking the first original studio track to feature vocals by both the late Bradley Nowell and his son Jakob Nowell. Driven by the rhythm section of founding members Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh, Sublime entrusted Scott Woodruff of Stick Figure to add his vocal style and production to the track. With the blend of old and new, father and son, “Feel Like That” delivers a fresh sound with elements of the classic Sublime vibe. “Feel Like That” is produced by Grammy award-contributing producers Stick Figure and Johnny Cosmic along with longtime Sublime collaborator Michael “Miguel” Happoldt. Stephen Marley, the acclaimed 8x GRAMMY® Award-winning singer/songwriter/producer, announces the release of a new remix of his single "Old Soul," the title track of his latest critically- acclaimed album by DJ Delano of Renaissance Disco titled (DJ Delano Renaissance Santa Barbara Mix).  The remix also features a sample of the classic 'Santa Barbara' riddim created by the legendary Grammy Award-winning Jamaican drummer, Sly Dunbar (Sly & Robbie).  The new "Old Soul" remix release coincides with the resumption of the second leg pf Stephen's Old Soul Tour (Unplugged) dates starting this Saturday, May 25th at the Cali Roots Festival in Monterey, California with his brother Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley.  Both the remix and tour are a continuation of Stephen Marley's support of his landmark album Old Soulthat was released last fall. - The second in a series of half speed mastered studio albums from Pete Townshend, All The Best Cowboys Have Chinese Eyes and White City (A Novel) have been released.  These limited-edition black vinyl versions have been mastered by long-time Who engineer Jon Astley and cut for vinyl by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios with a half-speed mastering technique which produces a superior vinyl cut and are packaged in original sleeves with obi strips and certificates of authenticity.  Initially released in June 1982, All The Best Cowboys Have Chinese Eyes was Pete Townshend’s third solo album and contained two singles “Uniforms (Corp d’Esprit)” as well as “Somebody Saved Me” a song The Who had recorded for their 1981 album Face Dances, The Who version didn’t appear until 1997. The track “The Sea Refuses No River” has since been singled out as one of Townshend’s most underrated songs.  AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER NOW


singer-songwriter Ginger Winn ditches her phone for the great outdoors with latest track and video "Pitta Pattaout now. Winn's dreamy, enchanting debut album STOP-MOTION is due out June 7 and available for pre-order now. Plus, Winn will support indie-pop artist beccs at The Avalon Lounge in Catskill, NY on May 29 with more information available here.  Winn says “Pitta Patta" is an “is about capturing the feeling I had as a little girl spending time on my grandfather’s farm outside Florence, South Carolina, and about running away from city life. Sometimes you need to turn your phone off and get some mud on your boots.” Winn recalls of her grandfather’s farm, "We had 22 horses, so many dogs, and were outside all the time hiking, playing, jumping on hay bales and picking fresh fruit. I’ve been trying to reconnect with my inner farm girl while making STOP-MOTION...and it was quite easy to do it while recording in David Baron’s studio atop Sun Mountain in the Catskills, exploring Woodstock, and sleeping next to the Esopus Creek.”
